We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of delivery.
To begin a the return process please email customer service using the customer request form on our contact page.
As of right now we are unable to provide free returns and the customer will have to pay all shipping fees to our warehouse.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process the return once it’s been received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
All returns will be refunded in the form of in-store credit with NO EXCEPTIONS.
***Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase (not the date you placed your order), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us prior to returning your order by filling our our Customer Service Form, and we will provide you our return instructions along with all details of returning your items.
